How to Make a Return
We’ve simplified our process to get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Just follow these three steps:
Reach Out: Send a quick email to southernsassyfox@gmail.com. Simply let us know your order number and which item isn't working for you.
Pack It Up: Securely package your items (original packaging is best!). You don't need a special authorization number—just include a slip of paper with your Name and Order Number inside the box so we know it’s yours.
Ship & Relax: Send the package back to us using your preferred trackable shipping service. Once it arrives, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The Fine Print: Protecting Your Experience
To keep our prices fair and our products safe for everyone, please note the following:
Hygiene & Safety: For the health and safety of our customers, Romance Items (including lingerie, lubricants, and bedroom accessories) are strictly Final Sale. We cannot accept returns on these once they have left our warehouse.
The "Refill" Rule: If you have previously ordered a refill for a specific skincare product, the original item is no longer eligible for return. This ensures our 90-day trial is used for discovering new favorites, not for returning products you already know and use!
The 25% Rule: For skincare and beauty returns after the first 30 days, at least 25% of the original product must remain in the bottle. We cannot offer refunds on empty or nearly empty containers.
Promotional Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Open Box," or "Clearance" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
Abuse of Policy: To ensure a fair experience for all "Foxes," we reserve the right to limit or decline returns if we detect a pattern of policy abuse (such as excessive returning of used items).

Did we make a "fox-paw"? If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product:
Don't open it! Keep the wrong item in its original packaging.
